ODE Data collection submitters, District Test Coordinators, and staff responsible for verifying accountability validations are invited to attend a Data Managers Meeting held in 7 locations in April.

Topics include ODE Accountability reporting, Assessment and Accessibility supports, and the validations related to them, including ODE checklists and timelines, trainings, resources, ADM reporting, ODE collection changes for 2017-18, Essential Skills news, Assessment requirements, updates, and reminders.  The agenda and handouts that will be distributed and discussed at the Data Managers Meetings are located here: http://www.imesd.k12.or.us/programs-services/assessment/data-manager-meeting.

Please register to attend the site of your choice. If the minimum number of participants do not register to attend a site, we may need to reschedule or cancel the meeting.

*New meeting location and end time in La Grande High School- Room 12, 708 ‘K’ Avenue. We will join the DTC Informal Webinar on April 12 at 9:30 am. Please enter the high school through the main entrance/double doors on ‘K’ Ave. and obtain a visitor badge from the office. When you exit the office, go through the double doors, and proceed through the next set of double doors, walk down the long hallway and room 12 is on the left. To avoid a citation, please park in the parking lot or on a side street where there are no “2 hour” parking signs. K Ave. is marked heavily as residential parking as well, and parking limitations are enforced and monitored closely.
