OREGON PUBLIC SERVICES RETIREMENT PLAN (OPSRP)
After six months of eligible employment, the employee becomes a member of OPSRP. The employee's contribution is deducted directly from their paycheck each month on a pre-tax basis. Please visit www.oregon.gov/PERS for additional information.

403(b) Annuity. | Allows employees to defer a portion of their taxable income for retirement purposes. It is specifically for the faculty and employees of universities, colleges, public school systems and certain non-profit organizations. Deferred funds accumulate in the employees plan and may be used at retirement to provide monthly annuity payments, which the employee cannot outlive. |
Versatile Term Life | (5, 10, 20, & 30 Year). Term life insurance is a death benefit with no cash accumulation. Premiums are level for each 5, 10, 20 or 30 year time period, then increase based on your attained age. |
Cancer Protection Plus. | Helps offset the medical expenses related to cancer treatment. |
Accident Only Policy. | Helps provide a financial cushion when an accident occurs. |
Hospital Indemnity Insurance. | Helps offset the non-covered expenses of a hospital stay. |
Long Term Care Insurance. | Helps provide support and individual assistance with the activities of daily living or supervision of someone who is cognitively impaired. |
