Human Resources Department

The Human Resources department ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws, ranging from hiring practices to employee discipline and termination for the InterMountain ESD, as well as serving as the HR department for some eastern Oregon school districts. The HR department provides ongoing comprehensive Employment Risk Management which reduces school districts' legal exposure resulting from workplace misconduct. The Human Resources department is always available to consult with districts on employment issues.


Frequently Used Forms

  • W-4 (2015): Please complete when submitting a change of address or adjustment to tax withholdings.
  • I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification Form (valid identification is required to complete this form).
  • Direct Deposit: Please include a physical copy of a "VOID" check in order to sign-up for Direct Deposit.
