Each February, young people nationwide raise awareness about teen dating violence through Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (TDVAM). This month-long push focuses on advocacy & education to stop dating abuse before it starts. Learn more about #TDVAM at loveisrespect.org.
Here are four ways you can join the movement:
Share posts, graphics and resources on your social media. Knowledge is power, and your posts may reach someone who needs it
Show support by wearing orange TODAY February 11th, and encourage others to do the same.
Start discussions with friends, family and peers about healthy relationships. The more we talk, the more we learn.
Use your creative talents to express the importance of healthy relationships (artwork, music, poetry)
