Josie McIntosh is an Educational Assistant in the Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education program.
Can you describe your job? Daily, I help students succeed and achieve their goals by helping them learn new skills, build new relationships with others and, most importantly, help shape them into little kindergartners.
How do you think your job helps students? I think what helps the students is definitely: life skills, patience, friendships and also a routine schedule.
What do you enjoy most about your job? I enjoy watching the kids make leaps and bounds. And I also enjoy working with my colleagues.
