InterMountain ESD’s Information Technology department is proud to support K–12 districts across our region with dependable, forward-thinking technology services. Our mission is to help schools succeed by delivering secure, responsive, and educationally aligned IT support that empowers teaching, learning, and day-to-day operations.
We believe technology should be a tool, not a barrier. That’s why we work closely with administrators, educators, and staff to align systems and services with district goals—whether that means designing a secure network, deploying student devices, or resolving help desk tickets with care and efficiency.

🧰 Support & Service Access
Districts partnered with IMESD benefit from centralized support through our help desk platform. This allows for efficient ticket tracking, priority response, and data-driven service planning. On-site and remote assistance ensures that school staff get timely help when they need it, while our engineers and specialists handle infrastructure behind the scenes.

E-rate Consulting
For over two decades, InterMountain ESD has delivered expert E-Rate filing services to K–12 schools and libraries. Today, we support more than 90 clients across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho—providing trusted guidance through every step of the E-Rate application process.
In the 2024–2025 fiscal year alone, we helped secure more than $7.8 million in E-Rate funding—advancing essential technology infrastructure and connectivity for students throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Helpdesk
Partnering with InterMountain Technology gives you access to our streamlined help desk portal, designed to simplify and enhance your IT support experience. Customers can easily submit and track service requests, receive automatic status updates, and stay informed throughout the process.
Each request is routed and assigned to the appropriate technical staff member, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of support issues and project needs.
Technology Procurement
We support technology purchases of all sizes and maintain strong partnerships with a variety of trusted vendors to meet your specific needs. Our relationships include industry leaders such as Dell, Apple, Cisco, Microsoft, and Google—ensuring access to high-quality hardware and software at competitive pricing.
