The Transition Network Facilitator (TNF) works with school districts and regional partners to build strong collaborative connections. The TNF provides technical assistance for policies, procedures and transition services supporting the Governor’s Executive Order and the increase in competitive integrated employment in Eastern Oregon.

The TNF provides technical assistance for teachers and schools regarding curriculum recommendations and other resources for best practices in integrating work skills and transition services into their programs. Transition Services through IMESD also support a PreETS (Pre Employment Transition Services) Specialist who provides direct support to students with a submitted PreETS Request for Consultation Form (available below).
